Please note that custom-shaped hats and worn-in boots are final sale to ensure the highest quality for all our customers.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or store credit.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and boot box protectors are included to avoid damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
